My passion is to help business owners protect & grow the dreams they’ve built through risk management & commercial insurance.

The way that we do all business has changed dramatically over the past 5-10 years. We’re all working in data, connected to mobile devices and store our information online either in cloud servers or otherwise. Many times, insurance policies businesses use haven’t kept up with them and the emerging risk of cyber & data security. In a world where a single phishing email can defraud you of large amounts of money or a single bad link can bring your business to a halt with a ransomware demand, I make sure companies are protected in a cyber-centric world.

In Lake Mary, Florida Health Care Plan members enjoy a convenient one stop health care experience at the Guidewell Medical Center with extended and Saturdays hours for primary care along with an on-site pharmacy, lab, radiology, ultrasound and infusion services.  Members can also make appointments with bariatric and orthopedic providers, diabetic/nutritional counselors and case management nurses.  A licensed insurance agent is usually on-hand to discuss insurance needs as well.

Amy Kirkland is the Director of the Center for Business Development at Seminole State College. Prior to her current position, she managed the Small Business Development Center at SSC, assisting clients in starting, and growing their small businesses.  As the owner of two Seminole County businesses over the past 25 years, Broadway Dancewear, a retail dance boutique, and Wonderfaux Designs, a custom decorative painting company, Amy learned firsthand what it took to be successful. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa, double majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. She served as captain of the UT women’s swim team, and was named an NCAA two-time All American.  She received her MBA from Western Governors University.
 

Rachael Kobb is the Government Relations Manager for Orlando Health, a $2.8 billion not-for-profit health care organization. In this role she advocates for programs and policies critical to Orlando Health, including preserving the ability for level one trauma systems to remain viable and protecting and enhancing funding and services for vulnerable children and babies. Rachael is heavily involved in the Central Florida community and proud to serve as Chair of the Seminole County Chamber’s Issues & Government Affairs Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science from Temple University and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Shane likes to joke that he does everything at the Hyundai dealership except co-sign for someone.  He is very active in the chamber of commerce and the local community. His focus is building the brand through positive community actions and activities.

I have lived and worked in the Orlando Metro area for most of my life.  Connecting and fostering  cooperation between communities is my passion.  I am a member of the Altamonte Council Committee of the Seminole Regional Chamber of Commerce, and have worked in the Growth and Engagement Committee for the Chamber.  I also serve as a Board Member of FAVOB, a veteran's organization, as well, as serve an Ambassador for 1 Million Cups, an organization that promotes entrepreneurship.   

Brandy began her career at an early age of 12 working side by side with her successful entrepreneurial father for a couple of decades, which she progressed to managing the operations & the financials of up to 36 franchised and independently-owned fast food and full service restaurants.  She then owned/operated numerous businesses in varied industries; all of which she was fully responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial management and reporting.  Brandy used her experience to become the President of STRATEGIC Accounting & Consulting, which is a unique, hybrid, forward-thinking, practice offering bookkeeping, payroll, tax, business consulting, tax planning, QuickBooks training & virtual CFO Services. Brandy’s specialty is to consolidate information to prepare financials statements, analyze financials and ratios, and review/educate clients on their historical and future financial trends.
