Chance is a sales executive turned entrepreneur who has spent nearly a decade mastering the art of revenue generation, from building a $35M+ national healthcare portfolio to acquiring, scaling, and successfully exiting a Main Street service business.  Now, as the founder of Foundry Leadership, he coaches small-to-midsize business owners on sustainable growth strategies and operational excellence.
 

A self-described "reluctant salesperson," Chance understands that many entrepreneurs resist the sales process despite it being critical to business survival. He prefers to take a practical approach to sales for founders who'd rather focus on their craft than their pitch.
