What makes our programs unique:

  • Our adult students support one another in their self-development! All of our students are interviewed and invited to join our center based on their motivation to develop their professionalism, communication skills, and personal organization. Our independently motivated participants encourage and support one another in their journey of learning, self-discovery, and growth.
  • We offer a 360-degree approach to preparing our students for independent living. Our participants can enroll in classes and one-on-one programs building their executive functioning, social skills, independent living, career readiness, and self-advocacy. We know each student’s story is unique, so we enable them to choose which programs help them reach their dreams and goals.
  • Our small staff to student ratio of 3:1 means that we know every single one of our students - and not just their names. We know their hobbies, their interests, their goals, so that we can serve as effective partners with them in their growth. Students at ASD Adult Achievement Center build friendships not only with other students but with our motivated and passionate staff and volunteers.
  • Our programs are accessible. Our programs are offered in-person at our center as well as online through a live, remote version of the class. We offer private pay, in-house scholarships, and payment through Vocational Rehabilitation, as we are an approved VR Vendor. If a participant is concerned about the fees for programs, we welcome them to reach out to us to discuss payment plan options in order to make our services as accessible as possible to those who benefit from them.
