UCF Business Incubation Program Welcomes Talos Health

New client of the Seminole County Business Incubator looks to use AI to help caregivers in a variety of ways

Orlando, Fla. (March 18, 2026) – Anyone who has experienced providing healthcare or support for a family member or friend understands how overwhelming it can be.

A new client of the UCF Business Incubation Program is looking to bring relief by utilizing artificial intelligence to deliver advice, support, and coordination tools that help reduce the mental and administrative overload experienced by family caregivers.

“When someone is a caregiver, they can feel isolated as it is difficult to communicate with others to get the help they need,” says Jerome Pradier, CEO and co-founder, Talos Health. “Our platform learns all the dynamics of the caregiver's situation and helps provide ways to improve their lives.”

Sevan Kechichian, CTIO and co-founder of Talos Health, also brings the perspective of having been a family caregiver himself.

“Technology should not add complexity to caregiving,” he says. “Our goal is to use AI to reduce the cognitive load caregivers face every day and give them practical support when they need it most.”

Talos Health’s REZILIA platform is multifaceted. It can include aspects such as:

  • Stress management tools, with customized strategies to avoid burnout
  • Family communications, with shared calendars and dialogue to match the family dynamics and various lifestyles
  • Care coordination, with appointment and medication scheduling.
  • Resources targeted to the caregiver’s unique situation
  • Administrative assistance to help with paperwork, forms, and other bureaucratic burdens.

The hope is that employers will provide the platform for employees who are also caregivers. It’s estimated that $44 billion in annual revenue is lost by companies in the United States due to caregivers missing work. In fact, 60 percent of caregivers report that their productivity at work declines because of their caregiver duties.

This is not the first time that Pradier has worked with the Incubator. Previously, a different company from Talos Health, Talos Health Solutions, was providing companies with a virtual convention technology. Eventually, that technology will be used to bring caregivers, experts, and support communities together through virtual events without requiring travel.

“We’re intrigued with this business because the number of caregivers is growing substantially as our population ages and more special-needs children age out of the system,” says Rafael Caamano, interim director, Innovation Districts & Incubation Program. “This platform can be very successful in the future.”
