Born and raised in Seminole County, I've proudly called Central Florida home for more than 50 years. As a UCF graduate and co-owner of EXIT Global Realty, I'm passionate about helping buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families feel confident throughout their real estate journey.

Before real estate, I served as VP of Sales for the Seminole County Chamber, where I built relationships and supported local businesses across the community. That experience shaped how I approach my work today.

Wendy Wagner is the Broker/Owner of EXIT Global Realty in Maitland, Florida, and the creator of The Rooted REALTOR® brand. A lifelong Central Florida resident, she has over 12 years as a licensed REALTOR® and nearly 36 years as a real estate investor. Wendy helps buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central Florida while connecting clients with trusted real estate professionals across the U.S. and around the world. Passionate about leadership, education, and collaboration, she actively serves the real estate industry at the local, state, and global levels. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys gardening, traveling, supporting her Sanford community, and spending time with her two sons, her daughter-in-law, her future daughter-in-law, and her beloved black Lab mix, Yeti.
