(SANFORD, FL) – Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) is proud to announce that its Graduation Rate for the 2021-2022 School Year is 93%. That’s #1 out of all Central Florida districts, #1 out of the 14 largest districts, and #9 out of all Florida districts. SCPS graduation rate remains 5.7% above the state average (87.3%). The 2021-2022 school year marked the return of assessment-based graduation requirements which were previously waived due to COVID for seniors graduating in 2020 and 2021.

2022 Estimates for Taxable Values Announced by Seminole County Property Appraiser David Johnson
(Sanford, Florida) Seminole County Property Appraiser David Johnson has provided the 2022 Estimate of Taxable Values to the taxing authorities for budget planning purposes. TRAIL CLOSURE: Cross Seminole Trail's I-4 Overpass Closed For Three Months
The I-4 Overpass bridge connecting the Cross Seminole Trail to the Seminole Wekiva Trail will be closed for routine maintenance, starting Monday, March 7, 2022. Metal components of the bridge are being re-painted to avoid rust and cable systems on the bridge will be tested.
