In 2015, seeing an opportunity to offer a better solution for long distance medical transportation, Andrew launched Florida-based TransMedCare. His goal: to create a more efficient medical transportation option with improved comfort care and increased safety for elderly and medical patients across the continental United States. Andrew purchases and completely retrofits a medical transport van and serves as one of two drivers for his start-up company, accompanied by a licensed nurse. TranMedCare’s early trips took them up and down the US East Coast.

Today, Andrew oversees a fleet of nine fully customized medical transport vans with a growing demand for services nationwide, recently opening a second location in Las Vegas, Nevada to better serve families and patients across the Western United States.
