I have been part of the SelectSource team for more than 17 years. As President and CEO, I lead our organization, focusing on innovation, operational efficiency, and exceptional client service. I have worn many hats throughout my tenure, including Benefit Service Representative, COBRA Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Human Resources and Compliance. My dedication to each role has contributed to increased efficiency, improved compliance, and overall team strength. In 2023, I was honored to take the helm as President and CEO upon approval of the Board of Directors.

My prior experience includes working with health benefits, pensions, and COBRA, bringing over 25 years of expertise in benefits administration. I hold a Health and Life 2-15 license, and I am SHRM certified.
